Detailed production process of our products

Step 1
Storage

 Buliding our raw material storage systems

Step 2
Rolling Fabric

Putting fabric for petals and leaves being fed through a pressing machine

3D Printing

Putting fabric for petals and leaves being fed through a pressing machine

Step 4
Cutting

Pushing a cutter into the fabric to cut the petals and leaves

Step 5
Moldings

Making and fixing all kinds of petals, leaves and stems’ molds

Step 6
Pressing

Setting the fabric in the mold, and then the press comes down on top of it to press it into shape; also, injecting the bones to shape the petals/leaves

Step 7
Injecting

Melting down the PE raw material, putting into the wire basic stems, then injecting into the mold

Step 8
Assembling

All of the components, flowers, leaves, and stems are then combined together.
